Finding Your Ranged Cape Fast OSRS Chinning Guide

By Tom Anni,

What exactly is Chinning? Well, Chinning is the use of Chinchompas (a members-only ranged equipment item that causes area damage) against a specific kind of enemy (skeletal manic monkeys) to gain a lot of hours of experience. Maniacal monkeys can be found in Kruk's dungeon. you can only enter after you've completed, at least in part, this Monkey Madness II questline. They are selected due to their low defense and their tendency to crowd, which allows you to strike a number of them at once. Red Chinchompas are costly, yet very useful animal that you can throw as a weapon that can be thrown from a distance, which can kill multiple enemies in the same area. The plan is to have with as many monkeys as you can in an area in front of you as possible to damage the maximum number of enemies at once, doing high damage to multiple enemies simultaneously and offering an unbeatable experience.

The most difficult of combat abilities to learn in the past of Runescape is Ranged. Damage is increased faster than Magic ability and you must employ consumables differently than Melee combat abilities. It's the most challenging of both. It's also an extremely sought after skill capes in part due to the high-level perks you can achieve for combat in PvE, and partly due to the gorgeous equipment you can purchase to use it, and largely due to the fact that it is difficult is to train. But there's a way to get it done. many players may have heard about to quick-track your high-level Ranged training up to 250,000 exp in an hour. Chinning. What is Chinning? What can you do to use it efficiently, and how can I achieve my 99-92 goals within a matter of an entire month? This week I'm working on an OSRS Chinning Guide: everything you need to know about how to receive your Ranged Cape fast.

There are a few other aspects to think about prior to going into this endeavor. Prayer potions as well as the ability to utilize Protect from Melee are beneficial to lower-level defense players. However, should you be able to take the harm for a longer duration, then a range prayer boost will perhaps be preferred since it will make you more level. The choice is entirely dependent on you. You're also going to want various potions that are ranged and food. The reasoning here is pretty simple and based on how many prayers you use and for what you're praying, you can mix and match these items as you would like. If you're able to, fill the entirety of your arsenal with potions as possible. Lastly, you might want an eagle, which will help you avoid being attacked by enemies when you play the game.

 Training

Now as for the training itself, you're likely to be heading to in the Ape Atoll tunnel. There are many methods to reach it easily The easiest is to tele home to Lumbridge and then go to Al Kharid, travel to the Grand Tree where you can speak to Daero and Waydar after which you'll be taken towards Crash Island, and finally converse with Lumdo in order to travel to Ape Atoll (which can only be obtained after your finished Monkey Madness I). Whew. It's actually not as complicated as it may sound and there's the option of teleporting by completing Recipe for Disaster. Once you've completed it one time or twice, you'll remember it for the rest of your life. When you're on Ape Atoll, the entrance to Kruk's Dungeon can be found in at the North West corner of the island, located in the jungled zone to the West of Marim. It's located under some grass in the trees. It's close to the glider area. you can see some vines in the ground, and the entrance is hidden between the tree.

After you've been underground, it's time to activate your run and guard yourself against the melee. Run as quickly as you can to the south-central tunnel located on the second level of basement. One important thing to remember is there is a possibility of the tunnel collapsing, and you're trying to go to an area where monkeys are still aggro towards you, but you can stand underneath a "safe" area, and where you're protected by the ceiling from falling debris. There are a few in the tunnel, but my favorite is north of the huge open area that lies north of the tunnel's open area. The top of the cavern cover your player, and you'll know that you're in the right spot.

The trick to chinning effectively is to maintain the monkeys aggro toward your character as much as you can and keep them in the front to your persona. In this area it's easy to go back and forth from the south-western-most secure tile to the north-eastern-most secure tile. This ensures that the highest number of monkeys in the area that are threatening you, and keeps them from getting in your way. The central monkey should be attacked at all times.

Another option is to move the bones in order to keep them from stacking. If the monkeys die on the same square and the bones fall, they will drop and stack, and the only one will respawn at the same time. To stop this from happening then, you might want to periodically remove and place the bones stacked on a different square to keep the maximum number of monkeys respawning for you at once.

The monkeys can, from time to time, stop being aggro toward your presence and then leave you at peace. To combat this, move into the adjoining section of the tunnel until you reach more monkeys, get them aggro toward you, and then turn around and go back to your preferred spot to continue chinning.

 Conclusion

That's it! With this method, you can get up to 300k per hour of exp with maximum prayers and ranged bonuses as well as 200k or 250k in the event that you're rather apathetic, perhaps not making the most of your time as you would like, but watching your favorite show on a split-screen or something. However it's possible to go from to 92-99 in less than 1 month if your an avid player . certainly, it's the fastest way to improve your skills regardless of the kind or player. I hope you've enjoyed my OSRS Chinning Guide.
